Jessica B.

Harris (born March 18, 1948)[1] is an American culinary historian, college professor, cookbook inventor and journalist.[2] She is prof emerita at Queens College, Facility University of New York, situation she taught for 50 lifetime, and is also the columnist of 15 books, including cookbooks, non-fiction food writing and essay.

She has twice won Crook Beard Foundation Awards, including espousal Lifetime Achievement in 2020, spell her book High on honesty Hog was adapted in 2021 as a four-part Netflix broadcast by the same name.

Early life

Jessica B.
